Crostata al profumo di caramello con crema frangipane alle mandorle

La crema frangipane è composta da polvere di frutta secca, con aggiunta di uova, burro e zucchero. La sua caratteristica è quella di rimanere friabile e morbida dopo la cottura inoltre, può essere aromatizzata in diversi modi. Può essere impiegata nell'utilizzo di torte, dolcetti vari e, come in questo caso, da ripieno per una crostata che io ho provato ad aromatizzarla con caramello e devo dire che il suo sapore è davvero strepitoso, ed il profumo che emanava in cottura era qualcosa di inebriante.

Frangipani cream is made from dried fruit powder, with the addition of eggs, butter and sugar. Its characteristic is that of remaining crumbly and soft after cooking, moreover, it can be flavored in different ways. It can be used in the use of cakes, various sweets and, as in this case, as a filling for a tart that I tried to flavor it with caramel and I must say, that its flavor is truly amazing, and the scent that emanated during cooking was something unforgettable.

Queste deliziose girelle sono realizzate con pasta brioche sfogliata, arricchite con crema pasticcera all'amaretto e amaretti sbriciolati. Sono molto soffici ed ottimi per una merenda da dare ai bambini. Buonissime anche accompagnate con una tazza di té o caffé.


These delicious swivels are made with puff pastry brioche, enriched with amaretto cream patisserie and crumbled amaretti. They are very soft and excellent for a snack for children. Also delicious accompanied with a cup of tea or coffee.

Queste frittelle sono veramente irresistibili, inoltre mi portano indietro con gli anni a quando ero bambina, ricordando quando i miei genitori mi portavano al luna park. La prima tappa era di sicuro il venditore ambulante di queste buonissime frittelle! Soffici, morbide e dal profumo d'arancio, sono ottime gustate cosi come sono oppure assieme ad una crema pasticcera profumata al limone e perché no? Una deliziosa panna chantilly.
