Ciao a tuttiMi chiamo Giorgia, sono italiana e attualmente vivo in Inghilterra con la mia famiglia composta da mio marito e i nostri tre figli, in un piccolo paesino dell’Hampshire. Sono una persona dinamica e molto impegnata, sempre in movimento, socievole e aggiungerei anche un pochino testarda; questo mi porta a dare tutta me stessa per raggiungere gli obiettivi che mi prefiggo. Cerco di vedere sempre il lato positivo delle cose e di vivere a pieno le giornate. Amo profondamente cucinare e il buon cibo. Fin da piccola mi sono sempre cimentata in cucina e crescendo ho maturato la passione per la pasticceria, i lievitati e il mondo della panificazione, pizza compresa. La lettura di molti libri, lo studio e tanta pratica negli anni mi hanno fatto crescere e migliorare le mie conoscenze ad un livello ottimo seppur il percorso non è finito e c’è sempre margine di crescita e miglioramento. Ho aperto questo blog per condividere assieme agli altri la mia passione e possibilmente nel mio piccolo poter ispirare con le mie ricette e dare qualche consiglio per muoversi in questo magico mondo. L’essermi trasferita in un altro paese mi ha dato la possibilità di crescere a livello personale, incontrare tantissime persone di culture e tradizioni diverse ampliando notevolmente i miei orizzonti.

Hi everyoneMy name is Giorgia, I’m Italian and I currently live in England with my family consisting of my husband and our three children, in a small town in Hampshire. I’m a dynamic and very busy person, always moving around, sociable and I would also add a little stubborn; this leads me to give my all to achieve the goals that I set myself. I always try to see the positive side of things and live the days to the fullest. I deeply love cooking and good food. Since I was a child I have always experimented into the kitchen and while growing up I developed a passion for pastry, leavened products and the world of bread making, including pizza. Reading and studying, with the help of many books and lots of practice over the years, have made me grow and improve my knowledge to an excellent level although the path is not yet finished and there is always room for growth and improvement. I opened this blog to share my passion with others and possibly in my own small way to be able to inspire with my recipes and give some advice to help moving into this magical world. Having moved to another country gave me the opportunity to grow on a personal level and to meet many people of different cultures and traditions, helping me into greatly expand my horizons.
