La crespella, conosciuta anche con il termine francese "crepe", è composta da un impasto sottilissimo e non croccante i suoi simili sono i pancake ed i waffle. Esistono in versione dolce e salata per cui, si prestano ad essere farcite con i gusti più svariati, di salumi ai formaggi o dal cioccolato alla confettura, panna, frutta ecc... Sicuramente questa versione con la nutella è quella che piace di più ai bambini.
