Il ragù, è un'ottima salsa per condire pasta, lasagne, ravioli, pasta al forno, fare risotti ecc... Il ragù è la felicità dei bambini, ogni volta che lo faccio, mi riporta indietro negli anni a quando in casa mia, farcivo una buona fetta di pane con questa deliziosa salsa, ma ancora oggi i miei figli fanno la stessa cosa.
