Strawberry crumble con cannella e mandorle tostate

 Il crumble è un piatto tipico della cucina inglese a base di frutta o verdura ricoperte da un impasto di farina e burro mescolati grossolanamente (con l'aggiunta di zucchero nel caso di preparazioni dolci) e cotte al forno fino a doratura.

Questa è una mia versione dolce di torta che prevede l’uso della confettura di fragole, arricchita da un delizioso crumble alla cannella resa particolare dalla croccantezza delle mandorle che in cottura tostando rendono il dolce ancora più intrigante.

The crumble is a typical dish of English cuisine based on fruit or vegetables covered with a mixture of coarsely mixed flour and butter (with the addition of sugar in the case of sweet preparations) and cooked in the oven until golden brown.
This is my sweet version of cake that involves the use of strawberry jam, enriched with a delicious cinnamon crumble made special by the crunchiness of the almonds which when cooked toasting make the cake even more intriguing.

Questa torta, ricca di sapore e colore, può essere realizzata per diverse occasioni, quali, un compleanno, san valentino, un anniversario ecc... Grazie alla creatività ed immaginazione nel crearla, l'ho chiamata "Cartoon Cake" perchè lo stile di decorazione ricordo quello dei cartoni animati. 
This cake, rich in flavor and color, can be made for different occasions, such as, a birthday, Valentine's day, an anniversary etc ... Thanks to the creativity and imagination in creating it, I called it "Cartoon Cake" because the style of decoration I remember that of cartoons.
