Ingredienti:
- pomodori
- pane grattugiato
- aglio
- prezzemolo
- olio extra vergine d'oliva
- sale qb
Preparazione:
Mettete in una bowl e mescolate tra loro il pane grattugiato, il prezzemolo e l'aglio tritati finemente, e il sale.
Prendete i pomodori e tagliateli a metà, riponeteli in una teglia, cospargeteli con il mix di ingredienti e aggiungete un filo d'olio.
Preriscaldate e infornate a 190°C per 20 -25 minuti circa. Saranno pronti quando si formerà la tipica colorazione dorata, e croccante del gratin.
NB: Ricordate sempre che i tempi di cottura e le temperature variano da forno a forno.
